Meet the Licensee - Alicia

Alicia is passionate about the property industry and well respected in her field - having excellent negotiation and communication skills with an ethical approach to every aspect of Real Estate.

Proven strengths include:

  • Offering a bespoke, unique and extremely affordable approach to our marketing campaigns, that not only tells the story of the home, but also ensures our clients get amazing results with minimal outlay.

  • Assisting Buyers to have all the market information they need to fully understand the buying process. We provide all Buyers with a copy of The Complete Guide to Buying, (written by our Licensee Alicia), a list of recent sales in the area, and a pest and building report - giving them the peace of mind that they are armed with all the knowledge they need to buy with confidence. Their experience in buying your home will be a positive and stress-free one.

My love for Real Estate started long before I decided to leave my corporate job in Sydney over 5 years ago to open a Real Estate Agency.

I used to spend hours on real estate websites, looking at houses, tracking how much they were selling for, and in what time frame. Not just where I lived, but everywhere – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Tasmania…

For many years this was my passion and my pastime, which then became a calling and finally – a career.

Having had the experience of selling properties in a very quiet regional area where days on market exceeded 200, as well as the follow on experience selling property in a highly demanding market where a property would sell within days of listing, I fully understand that selling your home can be both an exciting and a stressful time.

This is a time that can be filled with hope, surprises, let-downs and miracles – sometimes in just 24 hours! As a professional Agent working for you, my focus is on you - the seller.
